How do you calculate Shipping, Taxes and Duties?
We offer free shipping all over India.
For other countries Shipping is calculated based on your shipping location and weight of your order.

Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means displayed product prices are exclusive of all import duties. Taxes and duties are set by the destination country and determined by the products included in your order. You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country the order is shipped to; payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

For Products shipped In India

Title for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon delivery of the order placed. Shipping shall be made through any Third Party identified by Yellow Rabbit.
Safe and Secure packing of the products and delivery of the orders will be ensured by us. All steps to ensure safe and secure delivery of the order within the stipulated days of delivery will be jointly undertaken by us and the Third Party. No Liability will arise on Yellow Rabbit  or the Third Party in case of delivery of the order could not be undertaken by reasons of civil unrest, commotion, war, riots, Acts of God, strike etc. Reasons of non-delivery of the consignment for reasons of Non-availability of the consignee, wrong address, insufficient address, No such Consignee etc will not cause any liability on us or the Third Party.
Delivery of products to Domestic & International destinations will happen through Courier Services like The Professional Couriers, DTDC, Blue Dart and FedEx.
Shipping of Wooden Products Overseas.
We are not responsible for import and custom duties while shipping of wooden products. Kindly check with your respective countries policy on import of wooden products before placing your order.
How long does it take to resolve a shipping complaint or issue ?
Any complaints/issues regarding delivery of products ordered will be resolved within 10 days from the date of lodging the complaint.
