Returns and Exchange


Problem with your order?

We at Yellow Rabbit offer no hassle return and exchange on all products that are returned in Original condition. An exchange is encouraged only in the case of a faulty item.

To Return or Exchange an Item 

  • Send us an email to hello@shopyellowrabbit.com, include a note detailing your order number, and what you want to be refunded or exchanged. We do ask for you to give us 24 to 48 hours to respond to your email.
  • Return the item to us in their "original condition" within 14 days of receipt. Delivery charges will not be refunded. Also, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. For purchases after 14 days of receipt, no refunds are issued and you may receive store credit or exchange for a different item.
  • In returning your package, please include your name, order #, and whether or not you would like to exchange for another item or receive a refund. Send the item(s) to the address mentioned in the returns instructions email .
  • Because your purchase is now your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our site, unless sent via special delivery.
